We are currently seeking Acquisitions Closers!
A day in the life of an Acquisitions Closer begins with a 1-hour morning meeting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This session includes role-playing exercises to enhance confidence, refine scripts, and improve deal-closing skills. It serves as an icebreaker before engaging with prospects over the phone.
The Acquisitions Closer will then utilize our proven marketing and sales system to contact potential sellers, qualify leads, and present offers. They will negotiate terms and conditions, ultimately securing signed contracts.
You will be responsible to:
- Call as many leads designated by our Lead Manager EVERY DAY.
- Utilize company provided tools to determine appropriate offers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions
- Document & notate the transaction terms
- Close opportunities, turn lead over to our Dispositions team to then sell to qualified investors.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective sellers
