Job Description – MARKETING MANAGER
Kimpex USA is looking for a dynamic individual with unquestionable integrity and a settle-for-nothing-less-than-success attitude to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our overall marketing strategy and brand development. Kimpex USA’s position in powersports offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company within a highly enjoyable industry.
Ideal: Candidates currently works within the powersports industry. Being a powersports enthusiast is the best characteristic to set you apart. Candidate should have 5+ years in marketing roles.
LOCATION: REMOTE (Work from Home Office)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companies objectives and budgetary considerations. Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes and the competitive environment to help the company maintain a competitive edge.
· Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand image (for Kimpex USA and CKX). Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, communications, events and product packaging.
· Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for key segments: snowmobile, motorcycle, off-road vehicles and marine. Collaborate with sales team to support their efforts in increasing product awareness and value proposition.
· Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts for multiple platforms. Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing performance and drive customer engagement.
· Content Creation: Collaborate with in-house content creation and graphics team to drive compelling and informative marketing content.
· Event Management: Manage the design and implementation of the Kimpex presence for internal & external events which provide opportunities to increase brand awareness. In addition to industry trade show events, create and develop a strategy to sponsor and increase brand awareness at sporting events (Snow, SxS and Moto).
· Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer surveys to identify new opportunities, customer preferences and emerging trends. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and decision making.
· Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently ensuring the best return on investment and cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred. Equivalent on-the-job powersports industry full-time marketing experience will also be evaluated.
EXPERIENCE PREFERENCE:
(Preference will be given to candidates who have the following experience, skills, and competencies)
· Current Powersports Industry (Snowmobile, ATV/UTV, Moto-Offroad, Moto-Onroad, Marine)
· Powersports Aftermarket Distribution
· Powersports Dealers
· Customer Centric, Can-Do Attitude
· Ability to Demonstrate Results
· Strong Track Record of Working in Business that Grows Revenue
· Verbal Communication

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
