You Also Have:
- Must possess the ability to lift and carry boxes (app weight 50 lbs), move and maneuver rolling equipment: pallets, flatbed carts, rolling racks), climb safety ladders (app 6 feet)

Must demonstrate computer proficiency and the ability to use available technology (small package manifest system, package tracking, small package reporting etc)
As The Wrap and Pack Associate, You Will:
- Wrap and pack all customer sends to the Saks Fifth Avenue standard

Ensure all SKUs/UPCs match the packing slip or receipt

Conduct a final overview of all merchandise prior to packing

Ensure all sensors are removed
-
Fold and tissue customer sends to standard and placed in an appropriate sized box for shipment

Assess and determine which product must be shipped flat versus hanging according to predetermined standards

Over wrap and gift wrap product upon request

Manifest all customers sends, including international shipments and manifest sends properly by category to ensure all invoicing is accurate

Understand and work with the small package carrier software and pulling and running reports as needed

Look up tracking numbers and respond to store and corporate inquiries

Maintain established Saks Fifth Avenue productivity and process standards and ensuring product received is wrapped and packed same day

Ensure all completed sends are on the loading dock prior to the arrival of the small package carrier

Complete other tasks such as picking up sends from the selling floor, waiting for small package carrier to arrive and scan outbound shipments, wrap and pack transfers and RTVS including fragile items

Assist with supply ordering and movement

All associates must be available to work evening and weekends as business dictates; Assist in dispatching courier orders on weekends.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$18.68-$23.35 per hour]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
