Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of a skilled maintenance team, ensuring efficient operation and timely repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery including PLCs, HMIs, motors, and other industrial electronics
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in both mechanical systems and electrical controls (PLCs, HMIs, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance technicians
