Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a home care setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, detail oriented and analyzing for patient assessments, a focus on delivering exceptional care, and a willingness to work in areas within New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties.
Duties:
- Conduct physical examinations and monitor patient vital signs.
- Perform physical examinations and provide health education to patients.
- Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Provide care and support to patients with complex medical conditions
- Utilize medical systems to document patient data and track treatment progress.
- Provide senior care and memory care to patients with cognitive impairments.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Skills:
- Experience in home care, memory care, and senior care.
- Ability to conduct physical examinations and provide health education.
- Proficiency in using medical systems and documenting patient data.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
