Responsibilities:
- Prospect for buyer leads: Convert leads to appointments, close agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
- Showcase properties: Select and show homes that meet client needs, identify the best options, and assist clients in redefining their requirements.
- Provide expert advice: Consult with clients throughout the real estate transaction process, from initial contact to contract closing. Offer insights on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
- Build property lists: Create detailed property specifications and market them through open houses, advertisements, networking, and existing relationships.
- Lead negotiations: Negotiate with industry professionals and clients, ensuring accurate contract terms.
- Social Media and Advertising Savvy: Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, target specific audiences, and analyze data to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
- Microsoft Office Proficient (Word & Excel): Utilize Microsoft Office tools to set up Excel sheets for sales and marketing purposes.
Compensation:
- Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour.
- Commission: Partial commission based on successful transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one year in real estate or two years in any sales role.
- Licensure: Licensed as a real estate agent or real estate broker.
- Local connections: Strong relationships with mortgage banks/originators, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, and contractors.
- Skills: Proficient in sales, negotiation, communication, social media, and advertising.
- Preferred: Deep knowledge of the local area and properties.
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend and after-hours appointments.
