Overview: Seeking a Manager and Assistant Manager-Timing to be determined.
Snowcrest Condo Unit Owners Association seeks a dedicated and professional entry-level Assistant Resident Manager with growth potential to join our team. This role involves assisting the Resident Manager in overseeing and managing our residential building, ensuring maintenance, and handling various responsibilities to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents and guests.
Schedule and Availability:
- This is a job-sharing role; either the Resident Manager or Assistant Resident Manager must always be on-site.
- Provide a quarterly schedule to the VP of Operations, ensuring 24-hour coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Management: Assist in overseeing building maintenance services and coordinating with outside contractors/vendors, including handling after-hours emergencies.
- Maintenance & Repair: Share routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and basic electricity. A background in plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry is strongly preferred.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance, and show respect to all residents, vendors, and guests.
- Community Rules: Understand and enforce condominium rules and direct any resident or guest issues to the proper authorities.
- Vendor Coordination: Contact and place service orders with vendors.
- License and Insurance Compliance: Ensure all construction or maintenance personnel are licensed and insured.
- Seasonal Duties: Perform landscaping tasks, snow removal, and other seasonal duties as outlined in the contract.
- Exterior Maintenance: Clean exterior landings, ramps, and stairs in all seasons.
- Common Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, common area windows, to include dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of all surfaces in common areas.
- Hot Tub Maintenance: Payment will be provided for licensing class in hot tub maintenance.
- Driver’s License: Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- Salary: Based on experience $30k Assistant-$60K manager- timing to be determined.
- Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation, to be scheduled between April 15 and October 30.
- Independent Contractor: 1099 position.
Drug and Alcohol Testing:
- The Assistant Manager must submit to drug or alcohol testing when requested. Failure to comply or pass the test may result in immediate termination.
