Job Title: Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations
100% remote- no time zone preference. Candidate will work M-F 8-5 pm in their time zone.
Job Summary
The Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations will implement scalable processes and programs to empower the entire marketing team to drive business growth within our Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace products. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing processes for growth marketing organizations with strong communication and collaborative skills. This position will report into the Director, Marketing Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- This role contributes to the design, development, and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs, maintains scalable processes, and understands the importance of a healthy marketing database
- Plan and execute a wide range of Marketing Operations projects to improve campaign tracking, lead management, reporting and overall execution of the marketing campaigns
- Implement tools and processes to streamline and reduce campaign build time for all marketing users, managing changes as needs require without disrupting lead flow
- Work alongside sales operations to ensure marketing and sales data are accurately syncing between and systems and tools used in our processes.
- Support improvements to campaign management, data management, and reporting processes, to streamline insight sharing to inform marketing campaign strategies
- Partner with the SalesForce, Analytics, and other teams as required for data hygiene, data enrichment, progressive profiling, lead journey development, customized lead flows, data filters and compliance.
- Manage data exchange processes with vendors and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Evaluate new tools and software based on evolving team needs
- Play a key role in the integration and onboarding of new technologies into the marketing technology stack
- Create and present reports on the progress made toward marketing operations goals
Discretion/Latitude
Reports to Director, Marketing Operations. Works under moderate supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to perform tasks and engage leadership as needed to meet assigned goals. Frequent contact with others inside and outside of company.
Job Qualifications
Required Education: Associate’s degree, or equivalent in related field.
Licensure Preferred: Certifications in relevant marketing systems, processes and/or tools
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- 3-5 years experience in marketing / operations / analytics / bizops or other quantitative roles
- Experience managing marketing operations processes for things like: lead management, database management, segmentation, campaign launches, etc.
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems, Salesforce and integrating those systems with other technologies
- Works well with Sales Ops and Marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
Preferred:
- Medicaid or Medicare Health Plan experience required
- Strong analytical skills
