We specialize in brand management and proudly represent some of the nation's biggest names in consumer electronics and wireless services. In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks in the store that will help achieve our Customer service and operational goals. You will be accountable for knowing and achieving personal productivity goals and company productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction inside of retailers with clients and customers.
- Assist customers through the sales process.
- Learn about our products and provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers
- Assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues.
- Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
- Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
- Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
- Provide product and service support.
- Manage in-store relations including customer service.
- Answer questions or concerns about services or products.
- Provide information about new promotions.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible scheduling
- Have reliable transportation
- Previous Sales Experience a Plus!
- Positive attitude and outlook.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
- Relative work experience in any of the following roles: Retail, Food and beverage, Customer service, Brand management, Product Representation
