Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Schedule: M-Friday 8am - 5pm
Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering a full range of HR services, implementing HR programs, and enforcing policies within a specific client area. This role functions as a strategic partner to the client's management team and staff, gaining a thorough understanding of the client's operations and contributing to both short-term and long-term organizational goals. The HRBP works closely with various Human Resources Centers of Expertise to provide effective HR solutions and embodies the mission, vision, and values of Rush, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and oversee HR services and programs for the client area.
- Lead efforts in strategic staffing, employee relations consulting, talent management initiatives, organizational development, compensation planning, change management, conflict resolution, equal opportunity/affirmative action, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Serve as the main HR advisor, providing counsel and consulting services to internal partners at all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
- Translate organizational needs into actionable plans to achieve goals and strategies.
- Work with Centers of Expertise (Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, and Talent Management) to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services.
- Oversee client-related project work to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and facilitate initiatives aimed at improving organizational, team, and individual performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies across staff and line functions.
- Act as an HR liaison, facilitating the delivery of HR programs, including presentations and workshops for large groups of leaders and employees.
- Develop and distribute written communications to support HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, or an equivalent combination of experience
- Experience with change management processes and practices.
