Position Overview:
Our client is seeking 17 Private Wealth Associates to join their teams across the U.S. These client-facing roles involve collaborating with Financial Advisors to provide comprehensive asset allocation recommendations, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and wealth and legacy planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Networking: Engage with senior professionals throughout the firm to fuel career success.
- Advisor Partnership: Work closely with Financial Advisors to build their business, providing support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and preparation for client/prospect meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients to understand and support all aspects of their servicing needs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strive to deliver world-class customer service and support.
Training Program:
Associates will participate in the Associate Development Program (ADP), a robust and comprehensive training initiative designed to build a foundation of investment knowledge and develop essential skills. Components of the ADP include:
- Industry Training: In-depth training on proprietary investments, services, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced Training: Education on trusts & estates, wealth planning, investment management philosophies, and financial management strategies.
- Client Service Focus: Training in client service excellence, partnership, and sales to enhance the client experience.
- Professional Development: Behavioral training to develop communication, leadership, and other professional skills.
- Career Management: One-on-one coaching and specialized skills training to achieve long-term success.
Associates have numerous opportunities to advance their careers within the firm, whether as client service professionals or in areas like Leadership, Wealth Strategies, Investment Strategies, or as Financial Advisors. The firm is dedicated to understanding each individuals strengths and aspirations, personalizing a roadmap for their success. Progression and advancement are celebrated as milestones are achieved and core competencies are exhibited, typically over three years.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree with excellence in academics and strong leadership experience.
- Skills:Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to build relationships, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience:1-2 years of client service experience; financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Licenses:The firm will sponsor required series exams, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 63. Candidates with existing licenses are preferred.
Compensation:
In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is $68,000 - $73,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, and past performance. Base salary is just one component of total compensation, which may include benefits, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives.
