**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Bilingual (spanish) detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll tax regulations, payroll processes and payroll and sales tax reports. If you are skilled in data entry, payroll account reconciliation, and have experience with systems like Quickbooks and Microsoft office we encourage you to apply.
**Duties:**
- Process payroll for customer's employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare Payroll and sales tax reports monthly, quartely and anuualy.
_Preparer Payroll years end reconciliations. (W2,W3, 940 Etc..)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Help customers with their payroll issues and concern.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in payroll and payroll reports.
- Proficiency in payroll tax laws and regulations
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll processes and best practices
- Experience with account reconciliation procedures related to payroll.
- Knowledege in Quickbooks and computer Savy.
