We are a small, independently owned business located in a redesigned old schoolhouse. All of the bakery is made from scratch with new recipes always being created! We take pride in everything we make and we expect the same from all of our Bakers.
Must have a positive attitude! The responsibilities include being able to follow and interpret recipes and having advanced baking knowledge. Prior education applicable to these responsibilities and 2 years of commercial baking experience is preferred but not required. Also, having acceptance towards being critiqued is highly favorable. Recipes and routines are always changing so being able to break routines is a big part of this job!
All possible applicants will be required to undergo a baking test before being hired. Attached photos of previous work to the submitted resume are encouraged.
