We are seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our team in Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton, FL. This position requires expertise in hiring for call center sales roles, specifically Medicare sales agents and ACA agents. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of various recruitment platforms and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment for call center sales positions, focusing on Medicare sales agents, ACA agents, Verification and Customer Service.
- Utilizing multiple recruitment sources and platforms to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Collaborating with managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate records of applicants.
- Providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Participating in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in call center sales hiring.
- Familiarity with various recruitment websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work between Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton offices (7 minutes apart).
