WSR is currently seeking a Full Time Employee Benefits Assistant Account Manager
The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for providing support to the Employee Benefits Account Managers. We would prefer a candidate who can work on-site, but would consider hybrid or full remote, depending on the location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve policy coverage, billing, membership and claims issues
-
Assist servicing staff in building and maintaining client relations

Build groups and plans in Employee Navigator
-
New hire worksheets
-
Delegate and process enrollments and terminations
-
Implement and update COBRA Administrator
-
Update employee census on quoting portal
-
Follow agency’s workflows and standards
-
Backup other employees as assigned
-
Continue growth of insurance knowledge and stay informed of changes in the insurance industry

Special projects and other duties as assigned

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Computer proficient and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Current California Life and Health Insurance License or willing to obtain one within a year of hire
