Established Law Firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our practice.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Successful management of an independent caseload;
- Conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief;
- Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials;
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals;
- Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR;
- Represent clients before the Immigration Court;
- Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have a J.D. from an accredited law school
- Be an active member in good standing of any State Bar
- Have at least three year verifiable immigration law experience
- Have a strong work ethic, excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills;
- Be a team player; and
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must be available to work some Saturdays

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
