Job Summary
The Brad Hendricks Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney, with a preference for candidates with experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Negotiate optimal settlements for client benefits.
- Prepare and take cases to trial.
- Review medical records to support negotiation strategies.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to paralegals and legal assistants.
- Maintain and manage calendars, proactively addressing upcoming events.
- Organize workload to meet established priorities and ensure timely handling of sensitive documents.
- Monitor task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain both paper and electronic case files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, staff, and court personnel via telephone, mail, and email.
- Exercise discretion and judgment in communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Needles Neos Case Management is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
