Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the staffing needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies, values, and standard operating procedures to include operations, hr, supplies, payroll process, collections, and associated deadlines.
- Responsible for understanding customer’s processes, staffing needs, and effectively train employees.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer SOP’s are up to date to include email templates, orientation presentations, and workflow’s.
- Responsible for understanding current and future staffing trends, conducting staffing needs assessments, and executing a recruiting plan for customers.
-Responsible for manager job boards, creating flyers, community networking, and managing company social media.
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment metrics, operations trackers, and any specifically requested tracking for customers.
- Responsible for creating recruiting relationships with local organizations that support efforts and attending events.
- Responsible for reaching out to current customers and inactive customers to access needs and develop relationships through telephone calls, emails, and in person visits.
- Responsible for acting as a customer liaison to resolve all customer issues and requests that arise.
- Responsible for supervising staff in organizing, planning, directing, and controlling policies and procedures as it relates to operations to include recruiting, assessing, screening, orientating, placing employees with customers, attendance tracking, counseling, and terminations.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer requests are filled with qualified employees for customer within designated time frame (typically 24 to 48 hours for general labor and 48 to 72hrs for clerical positions) to include pool building
- Responsible for conducting orientation for employees and certifying staff to conduct orientations with detailed customer training; this includes but is not limited to policies, practices, and safety programs and hazards applicable to customer’s location.
- Works with on-site representative and/or support personnel to complete and maintain documentation, files, and reports related to job orders and employee records.
- Responsible for participating in the interview and selection of operations staff to ensure that all employees meet the job requirements and culture.
- Responsible for addressing performance issues, training, and terminations for internal staff and associates.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Manager in the staffing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices
- Experience with training development and delivery
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
