We are looking for someone who is self-driven, hard-working, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty. The hours may vary, and commitment is critical. We are a fun team of people to work with, but we are very serious.
If you are a hard-working, dedicated people person who can motivate construction and restoration workers in the field and oversee a $5 million operation and report properly to the executive team then this position is for you.
Successful candidates will help handle the daily management of the warehouse and work with other project managers on both the construction and restoration job sites while reporting to the executive team weekly. This position has a 50 % in office responsibilities and 50% in field.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helps develop and execute safety goals.
Help Manage and schedule daily for project managers, 12 in-house technicians, 6 trucks and sub-contractors.
Monitors progress of daily operations crews and assits making staffing and routing changes, as necessary.
Conducts field inspections and audits of all site personnel to ensure proper work procedures
Receives and reviews customer complaints regarding jobs and problem solving.
Formulates both short-term and long-term goals and action plans with the executive team.
Participates in weekly reviews to ensure budgets labor and material costs are met.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Communicate daily with sub-contractors and project managers on all jobs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of management and leadership experience in the Construction and/or Restoration setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs if needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Logistics experience in the Construction and/or Restoration industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Proven track record in supervision of employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.
- Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service
