Role Summary:
As our Compliance/Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our healthcare services. Your focus will be on ensuring that our healthcare professionals meet all regulatory and client requirements. Through meticulous management of documentation and proactive support in recruitment and onboarding processes, you will be an essential part of maintaining our high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management: Maintain the compliance files for all field staff according to client-specific requirements.
- Documentation Mastery: Gather, organize, file, and maintain contract and medical files for healthcare professionals.
- Record Tracking: Obtain necessary background checks, drug screens, and immunization records from vendors and monitor the expiration dates of essential documents.
- Proactive Communication: Reach out to healthcare professionals regarding expiring documents and secure updated copies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist account managers with credentialing, onboarding, and administrative tasks related to healthcare professional recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in locum tenens staffing required.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong critical thinking skills.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
