Preferred experience cooking in a skilled nursing long-term healthcare environment but willing to train the right person. Duties include prepping and preparing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including snacks. Also, to practice safe food handling, keeping a clean kitchen and dining room and working with the head chef to plan meals. A Food Handlers permit will be required as well.
