Can you help people make decisions that will impact future generations?
It's unfortunate that people put more thought into their vacation plans than they put into their estate plans. But we're helping to change that.
This role will primarily serve in the estate planning department of our law firm. You will be helping people to decide if our firm is the best option for preparing the legal documents that can significantly affect their lives, and the lives of their children and grandchildren.
You will not be giving legal advice on what type of plan to choose - that's the job of the attorneys.
You will be helping them understand their goals, and what options are available, and demonstrating the care, compassion, and empathy our firm is known for.
You will have to be discerning and qualify prospective clients as good fits for us as much as persuade them to move forward and hire our firm.
You will be supporting and supported by a marketing team and strategy that generates leads and appointments on a weekly basis, and a production team that consistently generates five-star reviews. Your ability to give and take feedback productively will be key to your success.
This position is remote, but you'll still be representing a law firm. Professional conduct is vital. We need someone who can communicate in a warm, personal manner, but keep it more formal than casual.
While you'll be responsible for following up with leads to help them come to a decision, your main job will be to close.
Can you be the key link and our value-driven, client-focused chain of legal professionals?
