We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with our computer software. The role requires strong computer skills, (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.) have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including cash handling, retail math. The successful candidate will be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Member Service Representative at HPRAR in High Point, NC. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, communication, and finance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Physical Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $36,400.00 per year
