Overview:

Our Talent Acquisition Operations Training Partner (TA Ops) has a key role in achieving this mission. With a company of over 7,500 dedicated team members at nearly 700 affiliated dental offices, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact as you create and execute training plans for both the talent acquisition and hiring manager teams. You’ll ensure that all talent acquisition processes are documented and will execute training plans across the organization. This will include training for our talent acquisition technology (iCIMS Talent Cloud and Paradox AI) as well as our talent acquisition processes.
Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, temporary, remote role. Approximately 6 month duration.

Completes admin level training for all talent acquisition technology including but not limited to ATS, CRM, Chatbot, Video tools, and automated scheduling.

Ensures complete and easy to understand documentation of all talent acquisition processes. Ensures different views for different user types.

Executes training for technology across the TA tech stack including but not limited to iCIMS and Paradox AI. May also coordinate training with third party vendors for tools such as job board resume search sites.

Creates a training process and calendar for hiring leaders inclusive of live and recorded training sessions. Leads both live and recorded training sessions.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in talent acquisition or talent acquisition operations.

Experience as a systems administrator for iCIMS.

Extensive experience with iCIMS workflows with experience training various user types.

Ability to create and organize procedural documentation and training plans to ensure consistent updates and user knowledge.

Proficiency with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Paradox AI.

Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year About:
