If so, we want you to be a part of our team as a Sales Operations EDI Manager! This multifaceted role demands analytical prowess, process improvement, strong collaboration across teams, and data accuracy to oversee the system integrations, manage EDI/API communications with our retail partners, lead new account setup, and manage inventory feeds. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record of success in leveraging skills and experience in systems integration in the retail industry and are seeking a team player capable of enhancing our operational efficiency to achieve our growth as we continue to expand our online presence and retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Management:
- Configure and optimize integrations between retailer e-commerce platform, Celigo integrator, NetSuite ERP, CommerceHub, and other systems as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and accurate order processing.
- Continuously improve integration workflows to streamline operations and enhance operational efficiency.
EDI/API Management:
- Configure, test, and deploy middleware flows and automation through Celigo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware components in a timely manner.
- Monitor EDI/API communications with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
- Process and monitor all inbound and outbound transactions, resolving any issues promptly.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI/API-related issues with stakeholders to resolution.
- Manage daily EDI production support with Retailers, ensuring compliance with trading partner requirements.
- Coordinate setup of new EDI partners and documents, including testing and validation processes.
- Recommend and implement system and business process improvements that streamline EDI operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI/API processes for reference and compliance purposes.
New Retailer Account Setup:
- Lead the setup and onboarding process for new retailer accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP and other technical systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
NetSuite ERP Management:
- Utilize NetSuite for order management, inventory feeds, and data reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to optimize NetSuite configurations and workflows.
- Ensure accurate data synchronization between NetSuite and other integrated systems.
Inventory Feeds Management:
- Manage inventory feeds across platforms to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies between systems and resolve issues promptly.
- Optimize inventory management processes to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager or similar role in the e-commerce industry, with expertise in integration technologies (e.g. Celigo), EDI management, ERP (e.g. NetSuite), and inventory feeds.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office 365, Google Drive.
- Proficiency in Celigo integrator.io platform and hands-on experience with integration setup and management with Level 4 certifications
- Strong understanding of EDI systems and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) relevant to retail partnerships.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP for order management, inventory control, and reporting.
- Familiarity with CommerceHub and other retailer platforms for marketplace integrations and listings management.
- Experience managing inventory feeds across platforms to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Celigo Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
- Experience in the kid’s furniture or related e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier One, Shopify) and additional marketplace integrations.
