Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / year DOE
Landscape Architect Requirements:

Licensed Landscape Architect in California (Registered Landscape Architect required)

5+ years of experience in landscape architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)

Proficient with Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual, and Land FX. Lumion program preferred

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Bachelor s Degree in Landscape Architecture highly preferred

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members
Landscape Architect Responsibilities:
-
Design and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through completion
-
Collaborate with residential builders to support landscape designs for subdivisions and individual houses

Work on a variety of projects including streetscaping, parks, trails, commercial parking lots, and municipal projects
-
Coordinate with civil design teams and manage the landscape portion of projects
-
Oversee a draftsman and guide as needed

Visit project sites, primarily in the Central Valley, to ensure design and quality standards are met
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically 5-10 at a time
-
Bring in leads or referrals for new projects
