Job Role:
As a Lead BCBA at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing effective leadership. Your proven expertise in ABA, combined with your strong leadership capabilities, will drive the successful supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Job Requirements:
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
