Position Description: Youth Internship Coordinator

Experience in developing, planning, implementing internship programs, and working with diverse youth populations.
The ideal candidate would have experience in recruitment, coordinating youth activities, and recruitment. Experience with financial data, payroll time keeping, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, information data bases, and recordkeeping activities. Experience in maintaining professional rapport with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, public and private agencies, community organizations, and professional groups.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop, plan, and implement systems

Monitor program performance and outcomes, implement continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis

Serve as a liaison between with subcontractors pertaining to employer of record services

Develop and facilitate participant orientations and onboardings.

Responsible for outreach, recruiting, and placing youth in internships
-
Perform bi-weekly audits and verifications of time sheets for payroll processing
-
Reconciles and corrects high volume of financial, payroll, and working hour records
-
Prepares and reconciles tracking spreadsheets
-
Provide support to program and fiscal leaders on program objectives and budget

Create and modify reports, charts, and databases for program management

Follow federal, state, and local labor laws

Responsible for ensuring measurable program outcomes are met

Responsible for resolving payroll discrepancies

Maintaining and updating payroll records and monthly reports
-
Lead, train, and provide technical assistance subordinate staff
-
Design marketing and recruitment fliers
-

Other duties as assigned
Experience:
At least five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the system for which the specific department is requesting.
Education:
Formal, advanced educational training in system of expertise is highly desirable.
