Job Duties:

Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to offer support and information about products or services.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Process orders for new or additional products or services.

Address customer inquiries and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate specialist or staff member when necessary.

Take appropriate actions to resolve customer problems and concerns.

Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Provide support for the Outside Sales Representative.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
2-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication skills, including active listening.

Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer issues.
-
Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software.
-
Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented at all times.

Willingness to learn and take on new projects.
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $24-$28/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30 PM
