Job Responsibilities
- Train new caregivers in our training lab using your effective communication and hands-on demonstration skills
- Assist with caregiver onboarding and retention
- Manage online training platform, assigning courses and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with semi-annual caregiver training
- Make connections and network with local outside sources, such as nursing schools and CNA schools, to find qualified caregivers to join our team
- Develop relationships and network with local rehab hospitals, hospice companies, and skilled nursing facilities to increase service referrals for our agency

Qualifications
- CNA or equivalent certification
- Outstanding track record of effective training and skills assessment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and builds relationships easily and naturally with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications
- Proven working experience in customer service, business development, or similar fields
- Knowledge of the home care industry and an understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals
