Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager / Networker is responsible for building relationships with referral sources via presentations, face to face contacts, phone calls, meetings, etc. in an effort to increase revenue through direct referrals. He/she will work with other members of the FirstLight team (Scheduler, Office Manager, etc.) to monitor goals as they pertain to billable hours, number of clients, and/or revenue and will report weekly on results and networking activities, revising strategy/plan as needed.

Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop relationships with various referral sources
● Conduct at least 35 visits per week, both medical and nonmedical, new and follow-up calls
● Establish a networking plan to actively use as a working tool, revisiting as requested/needed
● Visit existing referral sources to maintain and grow partner relationships
● Update prospects, clients and referral sources databases for contact and/or mailing lists
● Track networking efforts and review them with supervisor on a weekly basis
● Participate in networking groups, especially as they relate to the senior population
● Perform initial evaluation of services for potential clients, as needed
● Work toward continuous quality improvement
● Stay current with changing technology, including software programs
● Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
● Completion of the federal and state criminal history background checksManage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts
Requirements:
● Visit existing referral sources to maintain and grow partner relationshipsAssociate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; and two (2) to three (3) years’ marketing, networking and / or securing referrals experience in the medical or non-medical field highly desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
● Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations

● Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
● Valid Driver’s License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable

● Experience managing sales process using CRM systems
● Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the [industry]
● Strong knowledge of account management, outside sales, and business development strategies

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
