JOB SUMMARY
Our sales team members are responsible for selling our products and services in their assigned territory. They work closely with their coworkers to focus efforts on increasing sales. They work with their manager to develop and execute specific strategies to achieve their sales, customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, communicate in a way that makes them feel heard, understood, valued and more connected with the company, and build customer loyalty and retention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources in the medical community.
- Develops call plans to qualify new and maintain existing accounts to grow the business and logs calls, decisions and outcomes into the Sales Management System.
- Educates referral sources on the use and application of our products and services.
- Communicates and explains Medicare guidelines as well as private insurance requirements regarding pricing and product information to referral sources.
- Maintains accurate records on prospective and active accounts ensuring information is sent to reimbursement offices for billing and collection.
- Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving and following up on customer concerns.
