COMMISSION ONLY WITH OVERRIDES: Managers must have the ability to train, recruit educate and manage loan officers and pipeline. Managers must have knowledge LOS and Commercial funding guidelines. Must have the ability to request property appraisals, applicants credit reports, background and other information. Analyze status. applicants financial status, perform and redirct porperty evaluations to determine the feasibility for granting loans. Compare loan packages and facilitate negotiations with applicants and loan officers according to established standards, such as fees repayment option and other credit terms. Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy. Assure timely loan closings and funding activities. Identify and analyze potential loan markets to develop prospect for commercial and investment loans.
