**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality management and be able to lead our team with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality food and beverage offerings, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. **Duties:** • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and organized food preparation and presentation. • Manage inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and ensure optimal supply levels. • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation protocols. • Develop and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner. • Assist with planning and executing special events, including banquets and catering services. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless restaurant operations. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members as needed. • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial operations to ensure profitability. • Develop and implement menus and promotions to drive sales and increase revenue. • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain the restaurant's food safety certifications. **Skills:** • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant setting. • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. • Ability to manage inventory control and ordering processes. • Experience with kitchen management and food preparation techniques. • Hospitality management experience, including team management and customer service. • Experience with banquet and catering operations. • Culinary skills and a passion for food and beverage excellence. • Effective communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. • Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. **Conclusion:** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
