We're actively seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. If you're passionate about working with children and dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we want to hear from you. As an RBT, you'll collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention programs for individuals with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve conducting therapy sessions, collecting data, and working closely with our treatment team to facilitate positive behavior change and skill development.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
- Genuine passion for working with kids and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the ABA field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Successful completion of a background check and other employment prerequisites.
