As a Front Desk Agent, you play a crucial role as the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest's experience at our resort is positive and memorable. Your dedication to excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail contribute significantly to our establishment's success.
As a Part-time Front Desk Agent, you will:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, facilitating smooth check-in procedures.
- Review and correct Front Desk transactions when necessary.
- Prepare and present audit findings, offering recommendations to management.
- Create vouchers, run folios, and calculate tapes for all vouchers, ensuring they balance with the daily report, in preparation for the accounting department.
- Reconcile all credit card transactions and process transfers to the bank.
- Offer assistance with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts for efficient management.
- Handle billing procedures, including computing bills, collecting payments, and providing change.
- Take reservations and confirm bookings promptly and accurately.
- Record and post charges to guest ledgers, including room rates and additional services.
- Conduct nightly bucket checks to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
$17 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
