We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a clinical supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the social work staff who provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups in need. Job Description
This position is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the social work staff. Assist in developing goals, objectives and standards of performance, as well as developing, coordinating and implementing clinical and program activities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory compliance and standards which promote optimum health care delivery. The Clinical Supervisor also coordinates performance improvement activities and addresses deficiencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
Credentials: Licensure by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW required.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years as a Lead Social Worker or its equivalency.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
1) Ability to perform skills of an administrative nature.
2) Provide Clinical Supervision to clinical services staff.
3) Ability to train staff on case management, clinical/diagnostic, legal, and ethical issues effecting the clinical services department and hospital.
4) Possess excellent leadership skills.
5) Ability to work with a broad range of clinical, administrative, professional and non-professional staff.
6) Perform assignments with minimal supervision.
7) Perform concentrated and/or complex mental activity with frequent involvement in complex and/or highly technical situations.
8) Work successfully under highly stressful conditions.
9) Make sound, independent judgments based on scientific and/or ethical principles.
10) Comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
11) Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion.
12) Adaptable to varying workloads an work assignments on a constant basis.
13) Ability to demonstrate effective comprehensive reading skills, strong communication skills, written and verbal skills.
14) Must possess a valid California Driver’s License in order to drive hospital vehicles or on hospital business.

Pay: $72,214.40 - $111,321.60 per year
