As a Business Development Representative at EOS Healthcare Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand relationships with key vendors, both existing and new, to generate sales leads and create growth opportunities for EOS. This position offers a unique opportunity for travel enthusiasts, as it involves approximately 3 days of travel per trip, 3 weeks a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture existing vendor relationships, fostering strong and lasting connections.
- Drive strategic expansion of EOS's market share through targeted business development efforts.
- Generate high-quality leads and identify new sales opportunities to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with local, regional, and national corporate partners, building a robust network.
- Present compelling product and service offerings to groups of doctors and referral-based vendors.
- Represent EOS Healthcare Marketing at industry-specific networking events and conferences, showcasing our brand's excellence.
- Harness the power of professional associations to network effectively and enhance EOS's industry presence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 2 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional networking skills, a natural ability to connect with individuals, and a genuine passion for building relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Innate drive for success and an unwavering commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data.
- Flexibility to travel approximately 3 days per trip, 3 weeks per month (Average).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
$55,000.00 Plus Commission (First year average 75k-$110K)
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Contract to Permanent Employment:
Following a 90-day training period, upon successful completion of the training, you will be offered a permanent employment position. Compensation during the training phase will be provided on an hourly basis at a rate of $28 per hour.
