Summary
Temple View Capital (“TVC”) is an established, fast growing direct private lender serving residential real estate investors with construction, rehab and rental finance products on a nationwide basis. We are an established but rapidly growing company committed to the career development and advancement of our employees.
We seek a Client Relations Coordinator to join an internal team responsible for managing TVC’s residential real estate appraisal/valuation orders and quality control pipelines. High quality candidates are organized, demonstrate a high attention to detail, effective communicators, and capable of taking ownership of a personal pipeline independent of direct supervision. Previous residential real estate experience with appraisals/valuations, mortgage processing or contributing to another lender function is a plus, but not a requirement. Members joining our team can expect to build skills related to various appraisal/valuation forms and valuation techniques—including but not limited to comparables-, cost-, and income-based approaches to valuation. In this role, the Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a pipeline of appraisal/valuation orders thru TVC’s appraisal management system on Mercury Network, reviewing quality control reports related to third party appraisal and valuations, managing a roster of appraisal management companies and valuation vendors, and advancing the firm’s valuation technologies and capabilities. In addition, the candidate will provide support to the Valuations team by contributing to, and conducting, independent assessments to determine fair market value for residential real estate properties. This role will work as part of a team responsible for development and maintenance of TVC’s valuations infrastructure and requires collaboration between Temple View Capital’s Valuations, Underwriting, Credit Risk, and Sales/Processing Departments to ensure accurate ordering and timely receipt, review, and delivery of appraisal and valuations orders.
