Action Air, Plumbing, & Septic is a small, family-owned business that has serviced West Texas and the South Plains for over 35 years. We focus primarily on servicing residential customers, with occasional commercial construction jobs.

Action Air, Plumbing, & Septic is looking for a personable and motivated Customer Service/Office Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming calls to the office and providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.
No experience with plumbing, septic, or HVAC? No problem! We will provide you all the training you need to be successful in this role. What is more important to us is finding a candidate who is personable, friendly, and excited to learn more about our trade and our business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and schedules services as needed.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Utilizes best practices in booking services in response to customer inquiries.
- Encourages customer bookings by being knowledgeable and informed about Action APS services.
- Resolves customer complaints and questions and escalates priority issues to managment or field service technicians as needed.
- Implements ongoing customer relationship intiatives, such as making follow up phone calls to customers regarding satisfaction with service and sending thank you letters to customers.
Because our service technicians are often out of the office and in the field, the candidate for this role must be comfortable working independently and autonomously.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
