We currently have an opening for a full time senior ecommerce customer support specialist.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner with accurate, easy to understand information. Note: customer interaction is almost exclusively via email and other electronic communication
- Foster interdepartmental communication to resolve and prevent customer issues
- Support the returns and refunds process
- Create and maintain departmental operating procedures
- Organize and direct department activities and tasks
- Effectively prioritize daily operations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years customer service experience in an office environment desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and data entry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Basic math skills
- E-Commerce business knowledge a plus'

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
