We are a GROWING program looking for teachers to grow with us! We are a family owned and run learning center seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher/Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for students. You will work closely with other teachers and staff to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math and language arts
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage student behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Plan and organize classroom activities, field trips, and special events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments

- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience working with students with special education needs
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of different ages
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Excellent lesson planning abilities
