GameGuard's Sales Executive conducts sales in the field via face-to-face interactions with potential and existing GameGuard customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience and providing hands-on explanations of new or updated products when necessary. Excellent social skills allow Sales Representatives to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs and suggest GameGuard items accordingly.
- Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; continually work to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintain communication with customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be interesting.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.
- Exclusively sell GameGuard items.
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
This position begins with a fixed guaranteed salary until the minimum initial quota is reached, and then this role becomes 100% commission based. This uncapped commission rate is expected to exceed the initial guaranteed salary.
Physical Demands
· Extended periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and sitting or driving a car.
· Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
