Job Objective:
Oversee the production and selection of all goods for eCommerce sales from all stores.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate eCommerce selection with store managers and store personnel.
- Work closely with Regional Manager to develop the best strategies and practices to increase
eCommerce sales.
- Attend monthly staff meetings for managers and keep personnel informed of new policies and
directives.
- Maintain a good working relationship with eCommerce Staff, Regional Manager and Store Managers.
- Travel to all stores to pull and pack products for eCommerce shipment quickly and accurately.
- Oversee the preparation and packing of picked materials for transportation to warehouse to be shipped
to eCommerce station.
- Ability to research and discover quality and value of high-end donated products with assistance of a PC
or handheld electronic devices (i.e., smart phone or tablet/iPad).
- Manifest eCommerce merchandise and maintain quality control and accuracy in manifesting orders.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend eCommerce meetings, trainings and conferences as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent, experience in retail sales.
Skills/Abilities:
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and
small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Clerical/Mathematics Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,
and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to operate a PC and use Office 365 programs
Word and Excel.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a typical store or warehouse environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The
environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
