Responsibilities:

- Job Posting and Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career page. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial resume reviews, pre-screening interviews, and comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with the job requirements and organizational culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Guide interviewers on effective and fair interviewing techniques.
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and feedback. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Support in Background screening: Conducting employment certification and reference checks, as well as and pre-employment process.
- HR Policies and Regulations: Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- HR Metrics Monitoring: Monitor HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.)
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Experience in using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
· All KPI’s are recorded on a KPI Management Report and evaluated monthly, quarterly, and/or annually as outlined by Supervisor.
· KPI’s may change at any time per management’s discretion.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment primarily but can include construction areas while in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
