Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Serve as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and scheduling
- Perform duties of a medical receptionist, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate projects by organizing and maintaining project documentation
- Utilize computer literacy skills to assist with administrative tasks
- Manage office tasks such as order entry and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
