Duties and Responsibilities::
- Work with business units and external clients on SharePoint site layouts for several projects including SharePoint site architecture, administration, design, forms and business automation workflows
- Partner with the team to provide support with daily administration, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and user training
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), to create comprehensive business solutions
- Work with business units to develop conceptual SharePoint solution architecture
- Partner with SharePoint experts across the organization to develop best practices, documentation, and design for end users
- Execute development processes for assigned work products within the scope of change/release management for enhancements and projects
- Support integration from SharePoint with data from other sources for reporting/dashboards
- Ensure application changes from development are tested and migrated into the production environment
- Identify issues and perform work on service requests, incidents, and maintenance activities for multiple versions of SharePoint (e.g., 2019, Online)
- Ensure system documentation is current, including data related to incidents and enhancements
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with migration, validation, and development activities supporting the transition from hosted SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
Required Qualifications and Skills: :
- Bachelor's Degree, technical field preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SharePoint sites configuration, troubleshooting, and architecture planning including experience with SharePoint web parts, content type, security, workflows, and use of metadata
- Excellent communication skills with ability to perform needs assessments with non-technical users/clients
- Well versed in requirements gathering, documentation and providing guidance and recommendation to client
- Experience in Nintex 2019 and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Sharegate and Jira
Preferred: Qualifications and Skills:
- Programming background: Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, REST API, Jquery Deferred (Promise), JSON, HTML, CSS
- Markup/Stylesheet Language: HTML, CSS, XML
- Adding custom code to Power Apps to:
- Extend the user experience
- Create Power Apps Components
- PowerShell scripting experience
