POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Manager reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for daily cash activities and assisting with short and medium-term cash forecasting and analysis. The Treasury Manager is also responsible for processing wire/ACH transactions and ensuring compliance with all related controls. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, treasury accounting, monitor home office credit card processing, and analysis of bank fees. The Analyst will be expected to be effective at communicating with all levels of company management and banking partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute daily cash management duties (e.g., cash position, wire transfers, ACH, etc.) across 200+ bank accounts.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash positions of each entity.

Actively manage and develop cash forecast models.

Proactively monitor cash management processes; identify non-standard activity, exceptions, or non-compliance to banking and treasury policies and escalate to management.

Develop, enhance, and enforce treasury-related policies and procedures.

Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen controls and incorporate best practices.

Evaluate, monitor, and optimize bank services and fees.

Manage merchant card programs and corporate credit card programs.

Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.

Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules related to reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all Treasury-related journal entries.

Provide Treasury-related and financial information in connection with external and interdepartmental requests (Revenue Cycle, AP, and GL Accounting in 2 time zones).

Develop and execute financial reporting packages and borrowing base reporting for distribution to banking and lending organizations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
-
5+ years treasury/banking experience with recent experience performing cash management duties or treasury activities.
-
Basic to intermediate knowledge of GAAP and financial reports.
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.), SharePoint (file sharing, cloud data management), and MS Office365 Suite.

Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAGE Intacct).
-
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
-
Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of banking, banking platforms, and cash management products.
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
