We are currently recruiting for the positions of Mobile Patrol Security Officers. We are willing to train the right candidate for the position. Please see the below for the minimum requirements for the positions. A full background investigation will be conducted including contact with former employers, personal and professional references.
All available positions are night shift, no day shift openings are available at this time.
6 open positions for a Vehicle Patrol Officer (full-time) - 5:45pm to 6am
1 open position for a Vehicle Patrol Officer (full-time) - 8pm to 4am (will change to 12 hour shifts in the future)
1 open position for a Vehicle Patrol Officer (part-time) - 8pm to 4am (will change to 12 hour shifts in the future
1 open supervisor position for a Vehicle Patrol (full-time) - 5:45pm to 6am
- Must have a good drivers abstract for the last 5 years. Bring a certified copy of this from the DOL to your interview. This can be acquired from the DOL online at dol.wa.gov under driver’s license.
- Main office is based in Bothell – you will report to our Bothell office for your in person interview. If employed you will report to your respective job location for each shift. Time and days vary upon position, time and location.
- Areas on open shifts include: Seattle, Lynnwood, Everett and Shoreline
- Night Shift Only
Minimum Requirements for a Security Officer:
- 18 years of age for on-site officer
- 21 years of age for vehicle patrol officer
- Good driving abstract
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Able to pass a Washington State and Federal background investigation
- Have means of contact (i.e. Mobile or Home Phone)
- Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Reliable transportation

As a Security Officer, you may be required to drive a company vehicle for several hours, walk a foot patrol, or have a stationary post. Other requirements may include making contact with residents and visitors, monitor and authorize entrance and exit to client locations, answer and respond to alarms, parking enforcement, and other tasks as needed by different properties.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas and maintain a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and appropriately
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and access control procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and tenants with inquiries or concerns
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
Skills:
- Military experience or law enforcement background is preferred
- Possession of a valid security officer certificate/license is required
- Knowledge of first aid/CPR techniques is highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle difficult situations
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies and ability to identify potential risks or threats
This position requires individuals who are reliable, responsible, and capable of making quick decisions in high-pressure situations. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Attention to detail and strong observational skills are also important for this role.
