Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to conduct cold calls and follow up with potential leads
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and discounts
- Strong inventory control skills to manage available stock effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with sales software for tracking leads and managing customer information
